The Saxtons River Getaway room rates range from $135 to $175 per day.* A two night minimum stay is requested, and it is required on weekends. All rates are based on double occupancy. There is an additional charge of $25 per day for use of second bed.
*Rates are slightly higher with minimum stays required during foliage season, holiday weekends and other peak periods. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Confirmations
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one night's
stay is required. Guests who arrive after their confirmed
arrival date or depart before the final day of their reservation
will forfeit their deposit. Guests who do not honor their
confirmed reservation will be debited 100% of the room charge
for the entire period reserved.
Cancellations
With at least ten days' notice of a cancellation, we
will refund the deposit but withhold a $25 processing fee.
With less than ten days' notice of a cancellation,
we will apply the deposit to a visit within six months, provided
the cancelled room is rebooked.
Payment
Total payment is expected at breakfast on the first day
after arrival. We accept cash, Traveler or personal checks.
No credit cards please.
No Smoking
There is no smoking in the apartment or house.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the
day of arrival or by arrangement. Check-out is no later than
11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Children
We welcome children over the age of twelve.
Pets
We do not have facilities for pets.
